Can I use Pixora without Telegram?

Yes. Create a web account, verify your email and log in. From your dashboard, start a trial, choose and pay for a plan, and connect your devices. Linking Telegram is optional.

How do I get 3 days free?

After signing up, open your dashboard and select Try for free. If your account is eligible, the trial will appear in My subscriptions. Add its link to a VPN client to connect. You can also start a trial through our Telegram bot.

How do I connect my phone or computer?

Choose an app in Apps to connect: Hiddify, Happ, INCY, V2RayTun or Streisand, depending on your device. Copy your subscription link from the dashboard, import it into the client, refresh the server list and turn on VPN.

Does Pixora work on Android TV?

Yes, with Happ. Install it on your TV, open Web Import and keep the code on screen. In your Pixora dashboard, choose a subscription, select Connect Android TV and enter the code. Your link will be sent to Happ. Then choose a server and turn on VPN on your TV.

How do I connect Apple TV?

Use the QR code on your TV screen with Happ on your phone. Short-code entry in the Pixora dashboard is for Android TV.

How many devices and which servers are included?

Each plan card shows the device limit, price and data allowance. Select View servers to see its network locations. After purchase, flip your subscription card for details. Your VPN client shows the actual connection list.

What are Whitelist data packs?

These packs add data for metered servers to an active paid subscription and use the same connection link. They aren't available for trial subscriptions. See sizes and prices under Plans & payments → Whitelist data.

Which payment methods are available?

Payment methods are grouped into SBP bank payments, cryptocurrency and Lolz Market. Only currently available providers are shown. You'll see the final invoice amount and any provider fees before payment.

I bought a subscription in the bot. How do I see it here?

Open your dashboard, link Telegram and verify your account in the secure window. Your purchases from @pixoravpn_robot will appear here. If you already have separate web and bot purchases that can't be merged automatically, contact support. Both subscriptions will be kept.

What happens when my trial ends?

Choose a paid plan on the website or in the bot. In the dashboard, go to My subscriptions or Plans & payments. Pay the invoice and check the payment. Once confirmed, your subscription will be ready to use.
